Governance of APTS

The Association of Public Television Stations is governed by a board of trustees elected by public television station representatives. The board consists of nine public representatives, nine professional representatives and up to six at-large trustees, who may be elected by the board. The president of the association also serves as a member of the board of trustees. Members are elected to a three-year term and may serve no more than two consecutive terms.
