The Homeschool.com group recently recognized Utah Education Network’s (UEN) web site as one of the Top 100 Educational Web Sites of the Year. In addition to the Homeschool.com group, the UEN web site has received recognition from PC Weekly, The Smithsonian, and USA Today.

The site provides teacher "smart tools" such as a lesson plan creator, rubric creator, PDF tool, and virtual tour creator that teachers can use to build their own curriculum tied to standards. Of the 24,000 licensed educators in Utah, approximately 17,000 are registered on the UEN web site, meaning they can build and create content. Resources and information created by educators on UEN.org is available to the public.
